Seriously tho, you can just make out a serpent in the Eagle's talons... I believe that it is a "one-eyed trouser snake"

I am not sure that the bird in this picture can be verified as being a member of the Eagle family. It might just as well be a buzzard...or a hawk...or a vulture...or a turkey buzzard...or a flying squirrel.
