The Widening Gyre

It was an ominous sight my friends. I was on top of enchanted rock. To the right of me was a thunderhead and next to it a rainbow. To the left of me a vortex of vultures circled, caught in the eternal dance. The revelation dawned on me slowly. I saw how twenty-one centuries of stony sleep had been vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle. I also wasn't sure if these were Turkey Vultures or Black Vultures.

This entry I like. Less cute doggies, more diabolically mysterious vultures!
