Inchworm

A beautiful specimen found in Mckinney Falls state park, Central Texas. Tyson Simmons (a fellow naturalist who, we hope, will soon make a guest appearance on this blog) spotted this while we were celebrating my bachelor party this spring. Notice this inchworm's multi-colored festiveness, a psychedelic style that was wholly appropriate to the tone of that camping trip. Party on worm!

Just found your site and enjoy it very much!
I'm a fellow critter lover, and make children's picture books about the animals around our little pond.
