Mantis picture I shared with you was from a hiking trip I did with Sasha Carter to Ink's Lake. But I didn't have to go hiking to catch this fella. He was waiting for me by my front door when I got back from a jog. The previous Mantis was also gray in color where as this one is the more common green. Is he a Chinese Mantis (introduced to American in the late 1800s to control pests) or a Narrow Winged mantis? The Chinese Mantis is more common in the North East, so this might be a Narrow Winged. Any Guesses?
