A PHOTO "WEB LOG" OF ANIMALS I HAVE KNOWN AND SOME I HAVE LOVED.
Then One Day
Jeany found a strange looking bug in our apartment. Sadly, she killed it because it was "gross." I hadn't seen a bug in months, and I knew that even though the bug was dead, Spring was on its way.
hey I think I may have killed that same kind of bug..it freaked me out because I thought I saw a ufo fly over the house I'm staying at tonight. It was strange and really scary to see a weird bug like that after I experienced what seemed like a ufo encounter...and I've never seen ufos or aliens before..still am freaked but I was wondering, do you know what kind of bug that is? It's strange and creepy.
This is yet another house centipede (Scutigera coleoptrata), a general predator on other small arthropods. They generally are considered harmless, but a large specimen could give a painful nip if mishandled.
Welcome to my new photo blog! I am hoping to use this outlet to explore a side of myself that many of you may not be familiar with. I am an AMATEUR NATURALIST. In the last few years I have come across many different fascinating animal species and taken some compelling photos. Please let me share my experiences with you.
