In the short life of this blog we have seen some good looking animals. We have also seen some less-than-edible creatures. I'm posting this picture of some of Tom's famous BBQ to remind my viewers that many animals taste awesome. These are two beer-butt chickens, slow smoked, and some pork ribs. Getting Hungry?

tom is a seriously talented bbq master. he soon will be cooking all of the animals pictured on mose's blog. the blog will be the menu. mose doesn't know this yet. it is a surprise for him. please place advance orders for hard to find animals.
